Jason Hodges & Stuart Guthrie have a combined total of more than 30 years' experience in the landscape business.

Jason Hodges|Stuart Guthrie

Jason Hodges, as well as appearing on TV, has run his own business since 1990. He studied horticulture and landscape design at the respected Ryde TAFE.

By the time he completed his secondary education, Jason had developed a love for outdoor work at both his parents' home and friends houses, and had become devoted to residential plantings, maintenance and lawn construction.

He started the business with a simple Ute and a small number of trade tools, initially operating from his parents' home in Willoughby.

Jason spent weekends and evenings doing estimates, and weekdays completing the work. What was once a young bloke's hobby rapidly became a serious business.

Today, over 16 years later, he is proud to say that Greenart Gardens has become a substantial landscape operation in Sydney. The business now employs a number of experienced landscapers, but Jason still oversees his team through every step of every project.

For the past 8 years Jason has been sharing his time between Greenart and Channel 7. He spent 5 years appearing on Auction Squad and, for the past 3 years, on Better Homes & Gardens. He appears regularly on Sydney Weekender, Sunrise and, every Saturday and Sunday morning, on Radio 2UE.

Stuart Guthrie has a degree in Education but early in his career decided to become a landscaper. He much prefers working outdoors to the inside of a classroom!

With 12 years experience in the industry, Stuart specialises in garden maintenance and irrigation systems. Over the course of his career he has built some truly amazing water features and been involved in a diverse number of projects.

Stuart heads our maintenance division where he makes sure that the gardens Jason and David design and build will continue to flower and grow forever. It's all part of the service!

As part of our commitment to our customers Greenart Gardens offer a maintenance contract for the life of the garden.
