Before the project

  1. Sloping backyard
  2. Wasted space
  3. Main feature was an ugly shed covering a large beautiful palm tree
  4. Very unattractive garden
  5. Small entertainment area under an old carport
  6. No BBQ area
  7. Hills hoist clothes line in the centre of the yard
  8. Bad drainage
  9. Bare front yard
This property had an uninviting look that lacked appeal, poorly drained lawn area in the backyard where the main attraction was an ugly large rusty garden shed underneath a beautiful palm tree; there was as a small entertainment area which formed part of an old carport, there was no BBQ area and it only offered a front lawn.

Now

  1. Stunning tiered garden
  2. Drought tolerant garden
  3. 84m² roofed entertainment area with 2 water features
  4. Expansive front garden beds with hedging
  5. Beautiful paved areas with appropriate lighting
  6. BBQ area including power and gas outlets
  7. Concealed Clothes line

The rear yard has been tiered to offer 2 large areas, a beach like Mediterranean theme now ties up the large entertainment area of the house with 84m² of roofed entertainment patio with 2 water features, natives and low water and maintenance requirement plants are extensively used making the gardens drought resistant. There is now a BBQ area including power and gas outlets. The front yard has been redesigned using hedging and a number of garden beds.
